Disrespect from the Doctor

Dr.Regal immediately identified the main problem and diagnosis in my feet/ankles and interior calves. I had done my own research online this year and found the same diagnosis and showed him on my phone how we matched with the same diagnosis. After I checked out and read my visit summary at home and the clinical notes in my portal, I discovered there were additional problems/diagnoses that he did not tell me about during the exam. So I had to go online and look these up and learn what they were. I wish he had taken another 5 minutes to explain these other things. Doctors are given such a limited amount of time with a patient that includes record review and writing clinical notes. Actual time with a patient has become increasingly inadequate over time.

Nurse was fine but the doctor could be more aware when dealing with kids. Especially ones scared of the procedure and to keep pulling my son's leg.closer to him and my son even said to please stop pulling on my leg (several times). I get it that the doctor wanted to get it done but bed side manors.

This is the 2nd time I've gone to Dr. Regal. The last time, he had to remove the toenail on my left foot to relieve the pain. This time he had to only clip the offensive toenail. He had to clip all 9 of my remaining toenails. Because they're all growing weirdly in different ways, they're impossible for me to trim. He confirmed for me that there was NO way I could've trimmed my toenails. I kidded that I was going to fill his trashcan, and he responded that I'd probably lose 2 pounds. I love it when a doctor can joke with me. A couple of the toenails had places that for a second hurt a little when he was trimming them. He reassured me that he was almost done, and he was. And he had to change positions a number of times to be able to trim all of them. I was shocked at how quickly he was able to trim all those funky toenails. Believe me: some of them looked as though they were from outer space or from a science-fiction movie.
