Biography

Kevin Patel, DPM, holds a doctorate of podiatric medicine. He is residency trained in reconstructive surgery for various foot and ankle deformities, lower extremity trauma, sports injuries and limb salvage. He speaks English and Gujarati.

Using a hands-on approach, he is an active participant in his patients’ care. A keen listener, he takes time to understand all aspects of a patient’s life to treat them properly. He uses anecdotes from everyday life to make diagnoses understandable and ensures patients fully understand their treatment plan.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, traveling and spending time with his family.

Every time I have had an appointment with Doctor Patel, I am amazed how quickly I am out of the office. He always makes me feel like he has answered all my questions and really taken his time with me. He is more efficient than any doctor I have ever seen and is very knowledgeable. Dr. Patel was fantastic. He had a great bedside manner and was empathetic and compassionate during the injection to numb. He was very personable, had a good sense of humor, and smiled, which I appreciated. He educated me thorougly about treatment options and the likelihood of success of each. He ordered bloodwork to check some pertinent levels before recommending starting a med which might cause some issues. I'm really pleased, and he made the surgery/ procedure appointment as good as it could be, given that some discomfort was I evitable. I will recommend him 100% and return to him for future needs. Kudos Dr. Patel!
