Putting on a Trilok Ankle Stabilizer

This video will show you how to properly put on your Trilok Ankle Stabilizer.
The Trilok Ankle Stabilizer comes in two parts, the strap and the main brace. Attach the Velcro on the strap to the bottom portion of the main brace, closest to the heel.
Slide your foot into the main brace. Place the cloth portion of the brace over the top of the ankle. Bring the two small Velcro straps across and connect to the other side of your brace. It should be snug.
Start wrapping with the side your pain is on, end the wrap on the same side that the strap came from. Tug lightly to connect it back to the main brace. Repeat this process for the second large Velcro strap on the opposite side.
